Professional scammers
They took my money USD3500, and my goods worth USD 20000, now the freight forwarder has gone missing for 8 days when I contact freightos for help, they say there is nothing much they can do, according to their staff, they are based in Palestine so there is nothing much we can do to hold them responsible.

Delivery dates CANNOT be trusted!
We booked and paid for a shipment on April 12th. The original estimated delivery date was May 24th, and today, the delivery date has been changed to July 27th! That's a delay of over 2 months! What a joke!

Irresponsible and unprofessional company
Booked for sea freight via their platform, we have all documents submitted before the shipment arrive destination. They did not coordinate the communication between the customs broker and freight forwarder, no one attended to custom queries for 19 days and demurrage charges were USD 8200. Freightos totally wash their hands and ask us to deal directly with the freight forwarder for the dispute. Irresponsible company!
