they allowed shipper to surcharge me at…
they allowed shipper to surcharge me at last minute of over 30%. I paid 3 week inadvance, good were ready ahead of time. The same shipper while charging me extra, freightos were allowing them to quote on freightos website for the same days same spec and amount less than I originally paid. even though they want 30% more could not confirm space at that time.

The service was efficient and hassle free
The service was efficient and without much hassle. I think there could be even more transparency with fees. For example there's no way to know the forwarding fees that occur in the country of export between supplier and carrier to the port of origin. Overall the service was good but I'd hope these things can be clarified at an even earlier stage as they don't appear in the quote.

Visibility & Reliability
I have worked with several forwarders on Freightos platform and it's been always a good experience. Freightos platform sets apart from others especially because I have visibility of all my shipment in the same place on every step of the way. I highly recommend Freightos!

It was very convenient from the beginning to end. I could save lots of time to find the freight forwarder. Everything was smooth and my goods are delivered safely. My next shipment will be definitely through Freightos again.

Bad to worse. Not a single shipment without issue
We have used Freightos for 4 shipments, and the experience has gone from bad to worse. The first shipment took 100 days to arrive instead of the quoted 36-43 days. Constantly delayed arrival dates without much explanation other than "port congestion". Freightos were powerless in helping us to fix the issue with the forwarder. The second shipment was an air shipment that was cancelled by the carrier after we had already placed the booking. Again, Freightos couldn't do anything to ...
