The service I received through Freightos was excellent. They kept me informed and was on top of all communication between myself and the forwarder I selected. Highly recommend using their services.

This is a pure scam of a service
This is a pure scam of a service. We decided to hire a forwarder through the Freightos platform for a delivery from China. The forward doesn't communicate at all, and has been telling us for 3 weeks that they would delivery the goods "tomorrow". They never deliver, and they keep on adding "storage fees" without any reason. We're now at 1173 USD of additional "storage fees". They purposely hold onto deliveries for weeks just to be able to increase storage fees. This is a pure scam!!!

Do not use this service
Do not use this service. They will take your money and turn you over to a fly by night freight forwarder who will not ship your material and ask for more money. You will get a late shipment at best and for more money than advertised. Also they delay any credits for months using excuses to not send your money back. Worst experience ever!!!!!
