Smashed Pallet, Smashed Reputation
The shipping company had smashed the pallet I shipped using Freightos. Unfortunately, the communication with Freightos was slow and the insurance claim I submitted was declined because it wasn't submitted fast enough. Seems as if it may be a recurring problem they use to get out of insurance claims. Anyways, $5000 desk smashed and the freightos team is no help. Book via a reputable broker, not this disfunctional team.
