I have been dealing with customer service for 3 days now trying to find out what they have done with my money that I have withdrawn from my account. All I get is the run around and no help. they explain what they want from me in a crappy way and they are very complicated and hard to work with. My Personal Experience
I told them I would leave an honest review. So when I first added my coins I was very angry that I could not withdrawal them. It kept telling me "unknown wallet address" then you read all this stuff on the internet about how they scam people etc. I demanded the money be returned immediately or I'd file a charge back. Dårlig service bestilte 2 gavekort på bursdagen min 27.okt men fikk aldri gavekorta kommunikasjonen var elendig fikk omsider tilbake i dag riktig nok i Dollars og ikke i crypto som jeg brukte samt jeg fikk bare penger for 1gavekort ikke 2 som jeg kjøpte.

повышаю оценку, только за то что все таки с танцами и бубном удалось забрать свои деньги. Но впечатление испорчено напрочь, пользоваться данным кошельком больше не буду. Recovered lost tokens
Freewallet managed to get my lost crypto back. I used freewallet back in 2017 to store my C20 tokens which, at that time, did not support C20 tokens. Blamed myself for the mistake and moved on. Fast forward to April 2021 and after checking my Freewallet app to see that C20 are now supported, I tried to track down my lost tokens. Took me sometime between the guys that I got the C20 tokens from and Freewallet, but after 6-7 months, I managed to get my C20 tokens so could not be any happier. ...
