Excellent and extremely quick customer service. I had forgotten my PIN on my account. I had to gather a lot of documentation in order for Freewallet to bypass my old PIN so I could get back into my account (this is a really good thing). I went back and forth with the customer service agent through emails. Our conversation moved along at the speed of a "text message". As soon as I would send an email, I would get a reply very fast. Hello Mrs Anastasia,Problem solved in less than two hours.As usual, after settings, backup is first thing to do. Overlapped duties postponed this important step and ....no 2FA backup.Asked to remove 2FA key from account and, after sent proof of identity and wallet ownership, done, removed 2FA key and can operate again.Many thanks to support team.

Nei prossimi giorni si prevede una diminuzione dei tassi ancora maggiore. Vi sembra un modo corretto di operare? Rimborserete la differenza di prezzo rispetto al giorno in cui volevo vederla?
