I've been using this app for quite some time now.Never had any issues.When I recently switched to a new phone, I had lost my 2FA protection key.Freewallet.org helped me with great speed and succes.

Servicio muy bueno
La plataforma esta muy bien, el problema ha sido con el 2FA. El codigo de seguridad no lo apunte ni lo tenia. Me parece que es un problema serio el que en los pasos de generación no te digan para bajarlo (obligado), pero eso ya ha sido fallo mio el no haberlo obtenido ni guardarlo bien.En lo que al servicio se refiere, es algo que tiene que ver con dinero y la seguridad es importante. Por mi parte, he tenido suerte de haber guardado algún que otro email, si no, menuda liada.

Problem sorted with Freewallet
I am describing here my experience with freewallet. I have explained before my issues and as agreed I would make amendments to my review once the problem was sorted.I couldn't retrieve my assets, meaning all my Ethreum coins were blocked. I had to contact Freewallet several times and explained about what I would do next to retrieve my assets. I hope anyone stumble on this! 😡🤬. It’s been radio silence from the support for months! If i had not gotten help from @VeritasEtVirtus via TELEGRAM concerning my missing crypto, FREEWALLET is not willing or ready to release my crypto. Thieves that is what they are!

Заблокировали без всяких причин все транзакции по моему кошельку. Не могу выполнить никакие переводы на любую сумму. Блокировали кошелёк 19 декабря 2020 года, просили предоставить подтверждение личности, всё предоставил, разблокировали.
