I love this app, but please help!
I love this app! It's probably one of the best free wallet apps out there. But recently today I exchanged 201 dogecoins to BTG (Bitcoin Gold) but never received any message or alert saying your exchange is complete or is pending.I would have sent a screenshot but like I said I have nothing to show since it never said anything after I exchanged it from Freewallet's exchange page.

Notice!!!My experience with this company is terrible. I lost my money to this people and no one was talking about a way out of the mess. The customer care representative I spoke to kept saying there’s nothing they could do and then they stopped picking my calls or replying my mails. It was after I involved Mrs Joanne Dawn @ Joannedawn (56) Via email who filed a suit against them that prompted them to return my money.

SCAMMER-Positive Reviews Are Shills
All of the positive reviews for these people are shills. These people are selective scammers / ride out patience crooks / invest - with your money - ers. They will let you have a positive exchange or two, then the funds won't get transferred. Then they'll feed you the same 5 or 6 stories about their "exchange partners" or "xxxx currency fork reprogramming" or "sending to specialist" and tell you that they'll get back to you. Really bad app
Really bad appBought $85nz worth of bitcoin the fees came to $18 (this I can deal with) then when I tried transferring to Coinbase the network fees came to $25 So in the end, end up with only $32USD worth.Stay away from this wallet until the developers introduce a custom transfer fee, use Moonpay and a wallet with custom transfer sats. Very poor experience.

Stole my coins and locked my account …
They locked me out my account and refuse to send me a password reset. Everything about them is sus. As far as I’m concerned they’ve stolen my coins and my money.
