Tried to convert my tokens to BTC from Freewallet to my Coinbase but the status showed failed after a couple of hours of trying to transfer. When you click on what does Failed mean on status it reads "Your transaction wasn't completed. You balance remains unchanged." But when I look at my balance, it's now at 0 and nothing ever arrived in my Coinbase account. I sent them an email saying all this but not much of a response but it will go back. Don’t use this app
Don’t use this app. They move like robinhood in some ways. I’ve had the app for almost a year now so I know what I’m saying. There taxes are high depending on the crypto, they can prevent you from trading to a currency that’s getting a big boost like dodge coins few spikes. Use this app only if your not serious on crypto. Don’t use the app or sites linked to this.

Unable to withdraw my DOGE
I sent ETH to my freewallet on Jan 8th to exchange it for DOGE had no problem with them receiving or exchanging to the coin when it was worth 1 cent. I saw how much it had gone up and around 10:30 pm est i made a request to withdraw DOGE when it was at 6 cent and thats when all my problems with the wallet started.
