I have now spent the last two days…
I have now spent the last two days trying to purchase dogecoin and It keeps stating it has sent me a verification code however when I check my emails including any junk folders nothing has been emailed to me. I know that my email address is working because I have received general emails from them about security etc. I have now emailed support a number of times and not had a response other than an automated one telling me how busy they are.

problem solved
impossible to transfer ethereum to another address because the confirmation email does not arrive at my email address. fair is fair, after an intervention of the freewallet team everything is solved by using a new email address. satisfied now
