Scam 90% of the time
search "freewallet scam" on reddit or elsewhere and you can see their technique of holding or stealing people's assets then giving them never-ending goalposts to meet, never getting their assets back. My advice if you have been scammed: go straight to Interpol, these bad actors, Alvin Hagg and "Sergi Estonian" are well known to them.

Scam website
Sadly they locked my account after verification and depositing 5.7 BTC,When i Googled freewallet.org i found out that this is a scam website.I'll be filing a complaint to the FBI for cybercrimes and SEC for violation of multiple laws.

No response after multiple emails
No response after multiple emails, made an exchange from BNB to Doge and it failed, but still took my BNB. Fair enough it failed, leave the BNB in the BNB wallet. Now where is it? No idea because they don’t respond!support ticket ID is 276519READ IT!

The procedure in getting my issue…
The procedure in getting my issue resolved was really cumbersome and quite frustrating to be honest. I understand that you guys are trying to protect my funds, but I guess you need to put some other measures in place from onset of registration which you could always fall back on to confirm ownership. Thank you

URGENT- I have made an exchange within my wallet. After 15 failed attempts I went to bed. When I woke I tried again and first try it took my money....then the transaction failed. But hours later my original money hasn't returned to my wallet.
