Переводил с счета XLM на счёт кошелька DOGe через их биржу, в итоге с кошелька деньги списали, а на счёт DOGe они не пришли, тех. Поддержка молчит уже 2 день без ответа. UPD: Вернули XLM, спустя 5 дней. Поэтому меняю оценку с 1 до 4

I made a 2FA code and didn't write it down, I sent many emails to their support and they didn't reply since yesterday, Their chat is not working at all, they never answer.I can't access my wallet at all.They even blocked my device, so I get an error each time I try to login.My ticket is: 274673Took time but they finally respond and helped.
