Genuine company, great customer service

Felt like I needed to leave a review on here too because of the great customer service I received, I have been using their services for a few months now and I did have an issue which I thought was suspicious at first but they are a genuine company, my funds were safe and they helped me back into my account very quickly to be quite honest, there are minor errors with their monero app sometimes but all in all a good service. Thank you once again.

Failed Transaction

My experience with Freewallet has not been great so far. I am not so much of an active user however I recently tried to transfer my BTC to the same platform/wallet from where I initially transferred it to Freewallet but the transaction failed and my BTC is nowhere to be found. My coins stucked with Freewallet, support is not upto the mark

I have around 3500 Dogecoins in freewallet, they were invested in early 2018. last week i tried to login to my account, as i didnot logged into my account for last 3 years ths i used to recover my Password through forgot Password link, I typed my correct email ant their system said they have sent me a verification code on my registered email but very surprisingly their code never came. Dragging the verification process. I am trying to send funds to another wallet or make and exchange and it won’t allow it can you please rectify this problem. I would like to buy more doge but can’t until I can actually access my funds it’s been 8 or 9 days we are back and forth with ese emails and verification.

Fee per le transazioni più alte della media ma veramente utile aggregatore di wallet. Servizio clienti estremamente gentile, mi ero dimenticato di cambiare il wallet sul miner quando avevano modificato il funzionamento dei wallet e circa 100€ erano andati persi ma me li hanno prontamente riaccreditati.

These guys made sure they got me back into my wallet, that I hadn’t had access to in almost a year (my fault not theirs). They stuck with me, making sure I could get the proper info they needed to give me back my access. They are very thorough, and that personally means the world to me. Best wallet hands down, will use again and again!!!

Переводил с счета XLM на счёт кошелька DOGe через их биржу, в итоге с кошелька деньги списали, а на счёт DOGe они не пришли, тех. Поддержка молчит уже 2 день без ответа. UPD: Вернули XLM, спустя 5 дней. Поэтому меняю оценку с 1 до 4
