Thank you to all the guys of the support and engineering teams. I took much time to exchange information with the support team. So, during all the process, I encountered many issues with my mobile that needed fixing too. Freewallet is not free at all
Freewallet is not free at all! Actually fees are very big! And I also had a lot of hustle with personal verification after every transaction! Also few transactions has been cancelled! I’ve decided to go for other which has only 3% fee, first month zero fee and much less hustle!

Étant novice en matière de crypto quand j'ai eu connaissance de freewallet j'étais très méfiant. Alors j'ai décidé de mettre dans un premier temps environs 600 dogecoins.ils sont arrivés sans faute et quelques jours plutard j'ai tenté de les transférer sur un autre compte pour voir si cela était possible sans risque. A ce niveau j'ai eu un soucis car les doges tardaient a arrivés sur le nouveau compte mais ils m'ont fait comprendre que cela était dû à la très forte activité de transaction. ...

Unverified email
I have open a freewallet account and send some money, i wanted to change the email and have put the wrong email adress. I can’t verify my email anymore! The problem is that i can’t send out the funds anymore becouse of the unvirified email adress. Freewallet - not your keys not your coins...lesson learned
Freewallet itself might be ok as long as you don’t ever have to deal with support.My wallet was suspended without cause due to what they claim was ‘suspicious activity’ and now they are hiding behind Terms and conditions, asking me for information that I’ve either provided multiple times or doesn’t exist.
