Сделала заявку на покупку монет через криптообменник, заявка исполнена, монеты так и не пришли в кошелек. Криптообменник подтвердил, что заявка успешно исполнена. Обращалась в потдержку- тишина, никакого ответа!Ужасное отношение к пользователям!

SCAM!
SCAM!Закинул 0.035етх для проверки. Перекинул копейку. Все прошло прекрасно.Затем закинул 1.5етх и? )) Правильно, НИЧЕГО сделать нельзя, транзакции исходящие тупо не подтверждаются!! висит все и не думает двигаться. Саппорта нет.Аккаунт f12bcbb5Ребята ЭТО СКАМ ПРОХОДИТЕ МИМО!!

I lost access to my wallet when I lost…
I lost access to my wallet when I lost my old phone. I lost my f2a code and other info. I still had plenty of info such as wallet ids, but when I reached out to Freewallet support, they took my account security very seriously and did not help me until I could 100% verify who I was, at the time it was annoying, but I am thankful they did it, and They eventually was able to help me regain access to my account. Thank you Freewallet!
