Extremely Bad Customer Support
Beware! you are at edge of losing your coins. Using this wallet, I exchanged XRPs into DOGE. The exchange some how got failed. I didn’t receive DOGE But my XRPs also got vanished. First of all they don’t have any contact number, I have wrote them multiple times but my case is still unresolved.UPDATED: I got my DOGEs back after five days, but the down time of Free Wallet Exchange is a lot. I am still migrating to a better repute wallet.
