Freewallet is poor at best, a scam at worse

I have been trying to withdraw my cryptocurrency and close my account for a considerable time. Customer services do not respond to the calls logged. I wrote a review here 4 weeks ago. Freewallet responded on here requesting more info which was provided; then no response. Exchanged XLM to MCO

Exchanged XLM to MCO. Transaction is showing as complete but didn’t receive any MCO. Have emailed support with 288560 ticket number. I’m currently €900 out of pocket never mind the 65% interest on MCO Iv now missed out on after trying to buy a dip. Not good enough! Not fast enough! Not reliable enough. When the problem happens they are unable to help or they just dont want to. They keep my money and i have no access to it.
