One month, finally get help

Edit: Received refund as of 1/1. Took quite a bit of prompting but at least they kept their word. Hopefully this is the last time this exchange fails for me.This app has "failed exchanges" randomly. Had no issues until one transaction did not show up on 2/20. Submitted a ticket with support immediately and after a LOT of back and forth was told they would refund me in "a week or less".Did not receive a refund, just excuses and more empty promises. I had done a withdraw transaction of sending out my ETH from freewallet on 18 Mar 2021. And till now I can only see there's still only on request-id and failed.
