I started using Freewallet from the beginning of 2017 until now. I had a problem in transferring money out. I contacted freewallet support again. Very quickly I received their very detailed instructions. I appreciate freewallet's professionalism in customer support. Especially the customer support manager Anastasia - a great support person. Finally I realised of the team good intention i.e. to protect customer's account by ensuring that only the real account's owner be allowed access to his or her account upon providing related infos and documents to support proof of ownership. Здравствуйте, ставлю 5 баллов по скольку один раз мне уже помогли, однако я снова столкнулся с проблемой, я при смене имайла указал имайл с ошибкой, доступ к кошельку у меня сохранился, однако подтвердить маил я не могу, (забыл поставить точку в имайле). Написал в поддержку, они сказали скинуть данные, я скинул, однако тикет ID мне не присвоили.Повторяюсь, мне не присвоили ID, в подтверждение этого могу перекинуть те сообщения с почты или их скриншоты, только скажите куда.

Freewallet was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $13200 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. I wrote a review one week ago and they answered, that they will resolve my problem. today is 8th day and my problem still unsolved. They are scammers and that's all.
