Locked out of Account & Support Resolved Issue
I was locked out o my account because I forgot my pin and when I received an email about someone logging into my account from Vietnam I immediately changed my password but was stopped short of accessing the account by a pin request which I tried random numbers I set and they failed.Support & Resolution: I sent an email from my email on file with the approximate date the account was opened based on the oldest email I have. Freewallet is a scam they are owned by hitbtc otherwise known as ullus corporation. They are banned in the untied states! Freewallet, has a few affiliates such as Crptyopay CEO Dmitrey Gunyashov. Bequant, steals money too through George Zarya.

Don't believe the sham reviews, this is a good company.
I think it's pretty clear the site is being bombarded with false feedback so beware. This is a great app, support is prompt and site reliable.

FREEWALLET: SCAM SCAM SCAM!
SCAM SCAM SCAM! I opened an account and made a small deposit. That deposit turned to 30k. Freewallet has made it impossible to access the currency and support plays dumb and lops you around and around (47 emails back and forth asking for personal info and screenshots of everything) Now they tell me I am not verifying my e-mails - sent them the screenshot of it being verified and they say I need to verify my e-mail. FRAUD SCAM FRAUD SCAM!!!!!
