Blocked and ignored for 10+ months > DO NOT USE THIS APP!
I have been using this wallet since 2017 always very happy with it until January 4th 2021 when I tried to sell my crypto and I got blocked (for no valid reason!) since then I supplied all the requested documents plus even more proof to verify my ID and the transactions, yet 10 months later I am still blocked and there is no telling if or when I will ever get my crypto back. If you want to throw money away these…
If you want to throw money away these are your guys! First time was over a year ago. Never got resolutions money back. Second time today used the freewallet app to buy door dash gift card. Got email confirmed it but no card number. Messaged back and fourth with chat all day with no real explanation then they just stopped responding.
