Numerous times I have called in to the line and so have other participants and we aren't connected. Also I have changed my pin numerous times and it still doesn't register when I start a call.

Our company started using this service…
Our company started using this service when we hired on a new Comptroller. I recently elected to start using it on my own with my specific department managers as we have 9 stores and 600 employees. It is an easy and great way to pull together a last minute meeting or go over a recent change in our business. Great service!
