This is an excellent service
This is an excellent service, clear and easy to use. As a charity with volunteers around the country it is brilliant to be able to connect for free. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I generally don't give out 5 star…
I generally don't give out 5 star ratings unless a company really delivers a world class product and great customer service. In this case, the company offers free conference call services, and they provide exactly what they promise. It's no frills, but there are no hidden gotcha's or surprises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others, and continue to use their services myself.

Does what it says on the tin!
Excellent quality, local phone numbers (not premium rate) and computer options available (only small gripe is the lack of current support for Firefox and Edge) - though Chrome support means it also works on my Chromebook.
