I love that this service is free and…
I love that this service is free and has no time limits. It's very easy to use for everyone on the call (we normally have four family members in four different states getting together online once a week). The only reason for my 3 star rating, instead of 4 or more, is because one family member's audio and video are never in sync, and there are multiple instances where the other videos freeze for several seconds on my monitor (audio continues), but not my own video. Considering I pay monthly for this service, I do not like that the fact that my callers are alerted the service will charge them $.01 per minute.
