Pleased with your service but confused
I am very pleased with your service. My latest event looked wonderful and performed great. I am, however, very confused as to whether the service is free or not. Also, I tried to record that meeting but could not find the recording. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Paying per minute??!!
Considering I pay monthly for this service, I do not like that the fact that my callers are alerted the service will charge them $.01 per minute.
