I have never had a problem setting up a conference call even if it's a last minute call. And if I ever had a question and had to actually call into FreeConference, I've always had fast, courteous results. The customer service reps are great!

Great for show and tell meetings
I love the ability to have the emergency show and tell meetings. It saves at least 75% of my time just being able to show somebody something on the computer rather than having to explain it. Freeconference was very convenient and easy-to-use as soon as I figured out how to add people to the conference.
