Easy, Excellent, Should have for it Years ago
PROS: First of all, I now have electronic documents and don’t have to store hard copies or worry about them getting lost. Clients say it is very easy. CONS: No issues with the clients side, that work flawlessly. On my side, just that it is new to me and I’m not one to read instructions and a computer guy. But Setup was very simple after watching a few videos. Worked with customer service on a few questions I have and very good.

"Greatest & Advanced While Being Easy To Use"
What do you like best? Within a few minutes of signing up and reading a short tutorial I was up and running. I like the fact that this is platform independent; you can send documents in bulk; it's super easy to make conditional fields; it's easy to see who has not signed and send them reminders; there is a pay-as-you-go plan; customer service is wonderful and responsive; and it's easy to use advanced features.

What do you like best? I love the ease of use. I can have documents and order forms signed and returned almost instantly. This makes our processes so much faster and more efficient for our clients.
