It has the huge range of filters, scenes, image blurring tools that make it fun to play around with your photos. Hello I am having a problem with online site from Uk name Fotor. I made a purchase for an item on Friday and only which seems like it costs €3.33. But apparently the monthly package is €8.99 and so your advertisement is deceptive. But apparently I was charged €35.77 so I should be refunded €26.78. I have no need for any annual membership or any of their products. I am currently not working because of Corona & should not be scammed or exploited by this company. I need this corrected and ...

Im extremely unsatisfied with this service ... I accidentally purchased a yearly subscription when i thought i was just buying a template for one time use & was charged $40. When i realized, I cancelled my subscription immediately & emailed the team straightaway to request a refund as I have truly no need for a subscription whatsoever & was told that my purchase couldnt be reversed. What a money making scam of a company! Would not recommend to anyone, very sneaky way of taking your money!

Caveat emptor

I paid $40 for a year's subscription. Wasn't happy the first time I used the program and asked for a refund, which was denied. Highly-touted in online reviews, it was not apparent until the company's email reply that Fotor is a Chinese enterprise based in Hong Kong. Negative reviews, especially those about automatic or unauthorized subscription renewals and other charges, prompted me to cancel my debit card and get a new one.

Deceitful

Looking for some quick and free editing program to remove blemishes for a profile picture I stumbled across Fotor. It advertised itself as free, but obviously I went in expecting some sort of cache because things are only really "free" in parentheses. Immediatly upon going to the editing tool there were ads on every corner of the screen and it wanted to give me notifications. Never allow a site to give you notifications because its likely spam. I have never resorted to a one-star review, but in this case I had to. I signed up for Fotor in the usual way. When it came time for renewal, I had not used Fotor for at least six months. I did not receive a notice that payment was coming due. The only notice I received was the payment acknowledgement for another full year. When I contacted Fotor, they refused to return payment, so now I'm stuck with a $40 bill for something I will never use. This is unacceptable customer service in this ...
