Unable to cancel the trial

Hi,I've been automatically charged for a year after the 7 days eval period. I didn't used the service so I asked the support for a refound without success.Be very careful

I love this photo editor! I used to use Ipiccy, but flash is no longer supported, so the search was on to find a replacement. I did! Thank you!

Very difficult to use

Very difficult to use. Have used other apps in the past and found this one quite difficult. Thought that it wasn't working because it was the trial, and so paid for the one month and still unable to load pictures to even attempt to do anything with the app.

Cancel Subscription

I forgot to cancel my subscription and I did realize just a few days later. I expected them to be more understanding and flexible. I hoped that they will be nice and professional and give me a refund, especially because it is a 1 year subscription. But I received just a screen shot in which it was stated that it was mentioned that I will be billed. Beware - Uses the model of free trial and then…

Uses the model of free trial and then charges customers. While I know it's popular to do this approach, disappointed that customer service wouldn't refund when I noticed it the day of payment. I know it's not a given that companies do this - I feel like better customer service led companies do offer refunds as they want happy customers who have had a good experience rather than the revenue of a one monthly payment thats been forgotten about. Won't use again - make a note of the trial end date.
