Nails the basics, but customization isn't easy

What do you like best? The form builder is pretty intuitive. It's easy to create the form or survey fields that you want. It integrates with a lot of other marketing tools, which has been convenient for me. My company uses Hubspot and Formstack plays very nicely with Hubspot. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Formstack is a great program that allows us to customize forms. We can then easily distribute and route the responses, send notification emails and take appropriate action based upon those responses. We like that you can create conditional questions based upon the questions completed, which is a big time saver at the users end. What do you like best? I absolutely love the drag and drop options. Formstack is so incredibly easy to use and we have moved most of our clients over to this platform. I love how editable everything is right down to the themes to match the website. What do you dislike? I wish there were a few more options, but honestly I have no complaints. Well Functioning, Easy to learn

What do you like best? I like the ability to create very complex and specific forms. Everything is intuitive and easy to use once you start rolling. What do you dislike? The storage space is not always ideal. It is also not always the most organized set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We utilize this product to create forms and surveys, and capture some data. The data is presented in a very succinct and easy to read manner.

What do you like best? Formstack is a relatively intuitive form-builder with a powerful feature set - namely, conditional logic. We had been using another service for a year or so before migrating all of our online forms to Formstack, and I've found the interface to stand head and shoulders above other options. What do you like best? Formstack is incredibly flexible. As business that runs lean we need our tools to allow us to quickly iterate, play well with others, and be easy for any of our non-technical staff to use.
