We love formstack!

What do you like best? The app and easy-to-use dashboard. The customer service is great as well. What do you dislike? You can't edit forms via the app. The iPad app could use a few more options too. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the trial and you'll find out you love it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Formstack Saves Time

What do you like best? Design tools which rapidly decrease developer cost and useful integrations. What do you dislike? Some issues with enabling email integrations but not their fault because of understandable spam management issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales, surveys, events. Rapidly reduced form design and deployment time.

formstack is a great tool but tends to only work correctly on google chrome. it also freezes a lot.

What do you like best? The form creation and logic tools are top of the line. we use these forms daily in our business What do you dislike? the loading times and only being able to use chrome What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we collect information using these surveys from our customers. without this tool we would not be able to offer the best service to our customers

Nonexistant customer support

What do you like best? Integrates with Salesforce and helps create forms easily What do you dislike? I have had a problem for 2 year and gave up trying to contact them.
