What do you like best? Quick form building and conditional data delivery based on users' responses. What do you dislike? Data formatting options could be better. Formstack User Experience

What do you like best? I've used Formstack since 2009 and have found the best feature is the versatility and variety of field options offered (calculated, conditional logic, matrix, dropdowns, etc.. Additionally, the integrations have been incredibly helpful connecting/automating form data to other applications/programs (ex: lead to CRM, payment processing, etc... What do you dislike? The user interface, on occasion, has been glitchy but I'm not sure if that is a browser issue or not ...

What do you like best? Form functionality. Being able to collect data, customization, data visualization in charts. What do you dislike? Forms do not look the same when printed in PDF format. The form design tools are not always very intuitive. When a form is deactivated, it does not stay in its respective folder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The forms are very useful to register students for different activities.

Formstack Meets all our College Advancement Office Needs

What do you like best? I am able to quickly prepare an online form to respond to changing needs at our college. What do you dislike? Filtering responses is a little odd (compared to other database programs - but once you go through the process a time or two, it makes sense. What do you like best? Ease of use, great customer service, and flexibility. The product is easy to access and gives me the ability to change forms and access with data with ease. What do you dislike? I like everything. I would like to be able to use my HTML and CSS. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this to request information from the field. They use this regularly and realize there was a need for this a long time ago.

Formstack Meets Most of our Needs

What do you like best? We use Formstack for a training request form that has a complex approval cycle, and Formstack makes it really easy to route the request to the necessary people. Having the ability for our VP to approve requests via email is a lifesaver. What do you dislike? The price of adding users is prohibitive for us. We'd like to add more users to our training request approval workflow for a richer, better-controlled experience, but the cost doesn't allow us to do that. ...

What do you like best? Love the various integrations! CRM, Email & payment. The options on how to view the information collected are great and the reports are easily customizable.
