PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We had to switch from Wufoo to have what we have now. Formstack has been amazing in terms of service delivery. The usability of the tool is simple which allowed us to get started right away. With its simple interface, we did not need any form of training to start utilizing the tool the features are also intuitive, which is a plus on our part. Formstack is a big help for a nonprofit

What do you like best? I can easily configure forms, make them available on our website or via email, and know that all information will feed directly back into my SalesForce data. What do you dislike? I wish there were more subtle ways to manage duplication rules so that both new and returning clients could fill out forms with equally successful results. Gets the job done.

What do you like best? Ability to require answers for certain parts while leaving others blank. What do you dislike? Setup is not intuitive.... it's sort of complicated to try and get conditional questions to work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great capabilities but it could be better

What do you like best? I like that with Formstack, I can easily poll and get responses from the team and outside clients which helps us not only improve our scope but also increases engagement. What do you like best? Formstack allows you to "visually build" forms by dragging and dropping content (and with many "frequently used" content blocks already pre-built, such as "name", "email", fields.
