What do you like best? All information can be populated for accuracy and that it is accessible to everyone all hours of the day. The free text areas are helpful when long explanation is needed. Good Product
What do you like best? I've been on the formstack platform for years. We use it in a variety of ways for our clients. It has a nice mix of ease of use but sophisticated functionality. What do you dislike? Overall I'm very satisfied with the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it internally and externally for our clientele for lead collection, survey collection and a variety of other tasks

Customized Forms
What do you like best? Formstack is a great program that allows us to customize forms. We can then easily distribute and route the responses, send notification emails and take appropriate action based upon those responses. We like that you can create conditional questions based upon the questions completed, which is a big time saver at the users end. What do you like best? It is simple to use and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? I think it could be improved based upon the technology we have these days. It seems to be a little older. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used for a brief time to see how it would be to have our orders sent through the system. It worked, it just could have been better.

Formstack Continually Works
What do you like best? The versatility of the program and how easy it is to use. What do you dislike? Recently, Formstack didn't automatically ask if I needed data encryption when I added the credit card field to the form. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collecting credit card information.

amazing set of features
What do you like best? I can use form logic to send the submitted form data to different sets of people - and redirect the user to a different landing page depending on their responses. There are lots of options to customise the look and feel of the form - I am impressed that I can embed HTML and CSS for complex optimisation.
