What do you like best? The ability to customize both the screen design for field users and the output templates using common software such as Excel. Just right combination of flexibility and ease of use

What do you like best? How great my reports look after designing them in Word, and also how easy it is to use either the GUI to do one field at a time or Excel to dig into the details and multiply fields very quickly.
