We've been using forms.app for about 2 years now. It is reliable and the forms looks so professional. We get lots of praises on our forms and our overall process thanks to them. For all the features you get for the price, it beats the others

I don't leave reviews typically but in this instance I feel i must. I've used many form/quiz type apps (eg. jotform, quizitri, etc.) but this platform and company stand out. First of all the prices are reasonable, not overpriced like most. For all the features you get (eg. weighting answers for point calculations, custom subdomain, etc.), this platforms beats the others. This is the second time our team has used forms.app. For the type of survey we conduct, which requires informed consent, it allows us to separate the consents from the responses, ensuring the confidentiality of the data. Wonderful surprise!

my subscription was renewed without the sending of the customary reminder. I wrote to ask for a refund as I wanted to cancel. I was not using the app. I was not thinking that it would make any difference as the reminder is customary, not obligatory. The company issued a refund! their rep was really polite and it was a most welcomed surprise. When the time comes to make use of similar services I will subscribe again.
