What do you like best about FormDr? I like that this provides a solution for patients to fill out medical information, intake forms, etc. prior to coming into the office. It saves time and is secure.

It is a safe, affordable platform, it has a simple interface that facilitates its use; through its efficient dashboard, it allows me to fill out forms of my clinical history immediately, I also like its tools to view my appointments for the month to speed up each process doctor simply and safely.
