Great product, great customer service!

What do you like best? FormAssembly is a great product for those of us who are not considered techies, but still need to find our way around. It's user friendly and has great articles and documentation which offer troubleshooting. Plus, their customer service team is always a click or an email away! What do you dislike? Powerful tool!

What do you like best? Easy form builder; customizable formatting with CSS, easy repeatable sections. Offers multiple connectors to payment processors and CRM. The salesforce connector is one of the more powerful ones on the market-- can upsert any accessible object, offers formulas to manipulate data, and good logic. What do you like best? How easy it is to create a form--drag and drop! What do you dislike? I thought there could be more documentation and help, in general, when first learning to use Form Assembly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using online forms and feeding them into Salesforce, which is what we wanted.

Overall Powerful Tool but needs to be udpated

What do you like best? Overall easy to learn and use. The connection to Salesforce is great! What do you dislike? Adding questions to a form is easy but designing a form is difficult, SF connectors need improvement for ease of use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collecting data, having people register for events, the Salesforce integration is very good.

Works Great. Quite sophisticated.

What do you like best? Relatively simple once you learn it. After you've done a few forms, you'll get the setup. And, the integration with Salesforce is relatively simple. Great notifications to the end user What do you dislike? Some of the logic, formulas, and formatting is a bit complicated for a basic office manager. It takes some admin know-how to really tighten up your form. Watch out for your rules on matching criteria for contacts in Salesforce. You can quickly end up with a ...

What do you like best? Easy form design tools Love ability to pull/update information from multiple standard and custom objects What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to use, seamless integration, saves lots of developer work. Very little issues. What do you dislike? Would be nice to be able to read information directly from SF for pick-list values and be able to write IF statements on text boxes. What problems are you solving with the product? Very flexible system with great customer service.

What do you like best? Being able to contact a customer service representative and have them actually respond quickly to my questions. What do you dislike? There are some limitations in designing forms but every form program will have those. FormAssembly allows for suggestions and recommendations be provided and voted on! Form Assembly, Simply the best form tool

What do you like best? Form Assembly is a robust form tool that has a great Salesforce implementation. What do you dislike? I wish it were a bit cheaper, as the cost has increased. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Forms that submit to Salesforce. It is great for registrations and application forms.

Wonderful Platform

What do you like best? I love the flexibility to create or update Salesforce records. What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that we've shut down the FormAssembly servers multiple times due to our traffic. Recommendations to others considering the product: Think Nike and Just Do it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We generate leads from FormAssembly that lead to business.
