What do you like best? the integration with salesforce and the ease of the program What do you dislike? The change is customer service - it was easier to chat live with someone now its hard to get via chat and always have to send email and wait and then the emails get lost and information gets lost in transation Recommendations to others considering the product: More staff to chat live as it seems its very difficult to get someone. What problems are you solving with the ...

Fantastic tool for extending the salesforce webform functionality

What do you like best? record lookup and update/create multiple records functionality by decision tree, pre-fill functionality, formula functionality, the ability to use formulae in the redirect url to drive users of multi-stage forms (multiple forms stacked with prefill data moving between one to the next) to take users in different directions depending on their answers to certain questions What do you dislike? inability to set required status on conditional fields based on if they ...

Great Program for the Price

What do you like best? Salesforce integration is relatively easy and pretty extensive-- Our organization uses this feature a lot. We are also happy with the pricing, considering how many features the program has, and availability of a nonprofit discount. What do you dislike? I wish they would beef up the analytics features-- Would love to see more detailed data analysis within each form. It would be helpful if the analytics could also be exported more easily. Recommendations to ...

Form Assembly, Simply the best form tool

What do you like best? Form Assembly is a robust form tool that has a great Salesforce implementation. What do you dislike? I wish it were a bit cheaper, as the cost has increased. Great product, great customer service!

What do you like best? FormAssembly is a great product for those of us who are not considered techies, but still need to find our way around. It's user friendly and has great articles and documentation which offer troubleshooting. Plus, their customer service team is always a click or an email away! What do you dislike? Salesforce connectors can be tricky, and could always use some more trainings for troubleshooting weird errors that happen. Recommendations to others ...

Form Assembly is Great!!!!

What do you like best? Easy to use, seamless integration, saves lots of developer work. Very little issues. What do you dislike? Would be nice to be able to read information directly from SF for pick-list values and be able to write IF statements on text boxes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All of our students are required to accept an Offer of Admission. The integration w/ SF is seamless and all fields we need are ...

What do you like best? Being able to contact a customer service representative and have them actually respond quickly to my questions. What do you dislike? There are some limitations in designing forms but every form program will have those. FormAssembly allows for suggestions and recommendations be provided and voted on! Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it before you buy it but believe you'll end up buying it. What problems are you solving with the ...

FormAssembly has good functionality and easy to use

What do you like best? I mainly use FormAssembly for people who are connecting it to Salesforce. It is easy to use and connect to Salesforce fields. What do you dislike? There are some field types in Salesforce that are hard to map to and depending on how you want to structure your questions it can be easier with certain fields (like picklists and check boxes) that other more complex fields. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Powerful tool!

What do you like best? Easy form builder; customizable formatting with CSS, easy repeatable sections. Offers multiple connectors to payment processors and CRM. The salesforce connector is one of the more powerful ones on the market-- can upsert any accessible object, offers formulas to manipulate data, and good logic. There are pre-fill connectors for some platforms and passing data into forms is relatively easy with URL encoding. What do you dislike? Repeating sections on form ...

Wonderful Platform

What do you like best? I love the flexibility to create or update Salesforce records. What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that we've shut down the FormAssembly servers multiple times due to our traffic. Recommendations to others considering the product: Think Nike and Just Do it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We generate leads from FormAssembly that lead to business.
