Easy from start to finshe

What do you like best? I really enjoy how easy it is to use FormAssembly. From the creation of a form, to navigating the "Help" section, to the webinars, and then to the collection and presentation of the results. What do you dislike? I wish with the predefined questions set, there was more description between each type. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No asking questions to my clients about data I already have able to bring ...

Robust tool that is fairly easy to use

What do you like best? There is a lot of flexibility in the form design and function. The repeatable form section in particular works quite well, and makes team sign ups about as easy as possible. What do you dislike? The payment processor options with Form Assembly integrations are a little limited. For instance, we were using Stripe until we found out that they don't have an ACH integration for FormAssembly only a credit card integration. Now we use iATS but that presents other ...

Great solution for Salesforce users!

What do you like best? Their pricing, particularly for nonprofits is hard to beat. I can’t imagine why competitors don’t attempt parity with them. What do you dislike? The reporting capabilities aren’t much to write home about. You’re probably gonna export that data and analyze it elsewhere..: Recommendations to others considering the product: Must get for nonprofits! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dynamic and flexible ...

Seamless integration with Salesforce CRM

What do you like best? I like how I can send forms to people via a shortlink, and their responses will automatically populate in Salesforce to be used in Dashboards, reports, you name it! Forms can be built using text entry fields, dropdown menus, etc. What do you dislike? There's really nothing to dislike here. Is that even possible? Recommendations to others considering the product: Really amazing integration with Salesforce CRM, just make sure the fields are named using a ...

Very easy to access user data and responses.

What do you like best? I like that I can see data from applicants in an organized way. I like that I can access from any device quickly and also keyword search specific data that I need. What do you dislike? It is time-consuming to look for certain items in files. Some forms are shown to be "uncompleted" but they are complete. Recommendations to others considering the product: Non-profits should use form assembly to track client applications. What problems are you ...

As Simple - Or As Complex - As You Like

What do you like best? FormAssembly is a very powerful tool. The combination of field logic, custom css, field types, support for javascript, and various "connectors" to other vendors (we use Salesforce for CRM and Chagent for credit card processing) through a straightforward point-and-click interface has allowed us to provide our customers with services that normally would only be available through businesses with much larger budgets than ours. The support is friendly and ...

Must Have Salesforce App

What do you like best? Amazing support team for Salesforce forms. Highly recommended. What do you dislike? There are instances where the styling leaves a little to be desired, but they're really small issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is just a great all purpose tool for Salesforce. Enables web-to-anyObject simply and easily.
