Excellent tool that we can't function without

What do you like best? We can use Form Assembly as the ONE tool for everything- registration, surveys, payment, connection with our CRM. Their customer service is fantastic. I've been using form assembly for close to 5 years and it's amazing!

What do you like best? They improve and add features all the time. What do you dislike? I cannot delete older forms from our instance. Recommendations to others considering the product: Form assembly is flexible to meet most any need I can think of since we use it with Salesforce. What do you like best? I like the way the platform is setup from a user perspective. It makes things easy to find and easy to use. Help tools are VERY useful! What do you dislike? The Salesforce connectors can be a little temperamental. What do you like best? Ease of building forms quickly and be able to revert changes. What do you dislike? Integration to salesforce is limited and has minor glitches. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're looking to build forms quickly use formassembly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love the latest version of Form Assembly because its much easier to use and loaded with a lot of capabilities allowing us to do new and innovative things. Great system to collect information

What do you like best? The feature that has been the most helpful for our organization is the Salesforce and Stripe connectors. This saves us a lot of time syncing data. What do you dislike? Nothing immediately comes to mind for dislikes. We have had some issues with various errors, but their support is always really helpful in fixing them. Pretty Great Service!

What do you like best? I like how well Salesforce and Stripe and FormAssembly work together. This makes things in my org so much easier than if they were less connected. What do you dislike? I don't love that FormAssembly is so minimally able to be customized for style. My users' biggest complaint is that they don't want to look at the forms -- we all know they work, but it would be amazing if we could have more (easy) customization options.
