What do you like best about Forethought AI? Its easy to use since its integrated. You don't need to check multiple windows for the answer, you can just type the keyword and it will provide you all the possible answer you need.

"Awesome product for Ticket Management"

What do you like best about Forethought AI? Forethought triage and assist model has made our ticket management a lot more manageable because Zendesk triggers and automation can only do so much. Forethought with its AI machine learning studies our customers interaction and picks out the key words to properly triage our tickets in the right queue so our agents can get to them faster.

"Great Implementation Process"

What do you like best about Forethought AI? We're a newer client, but our implementation process has been great! Our CSM has been great in setting expectations, letting us know what will be required of us, and working with us on steps/processes we may not fully understand. They have also provided us with "workbooks" that allow us to understand what elements will be utilized in the tools we're implementing.

What do you like best about Forethought AI? The onboarding process and ongoing support from Forethought have allowed us to continue to improve our workflows and deflection rates. The team also always takes product feedback and focuses on adding improvements to existing features while adding new features that make the experience more value for our money.
