Wonderful Customer Service
What do you like best? We had a difficult time setting up our team account, but the Customer Service Team was helpful every single step of the way! What do you dislike? There is really nothing to improve, this is going to be a wonderful product once some of the minor, minor bugs are dealt with! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now have a better way to share, store, and improve our sitemaps.

Great tool, even greater support
What do you like best? When I had an issue, they jumped on it immediately and saved the day. Immensely helpful. What do you dislike? Ability to recover a deleted project would be good. Recommendations to others considering the product: Add ability to recover deleted projects. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaborating on a website design that involves teams spread across multiple countries. Very helpful.

Great app for web designers who also do inbound marketing
What do you like best? I love to be able to see the diagram and include notes, content, links and more for each page. The export to pdf or MS Word is great also. That feature allows me to share a document with my clients that we can both collaborate on. FlowMapp also has a User Flow feature in beta, which is great for anyone doing inbound marketing, who wants to share the 'user flow' with their clients in a visual format. What do you dislike? Great, easy to use, collaborative site mapping tool
What do you like best? I've been using FlowMapp for 6+ months now and I find it very easy to use. I can create the basics of a site map in minutes and collaboratively expand it out with my clients. The export options are great - particularly PDF export - it creates a professional looking document which I can take to client meetings or send to them for review. The multitude of visual page type images are a really nice touch and help clients get a better understanding of what a site may ...
