"Major key for month-end close collaboration"

What do you like best about FloQast? FloQast is super easy to navigate and organize tasks across different teams and entities. Being able to "follow" a checklist task or reconciliation and know when it's complete is very valuable, especially if there are dependencies on getting the work done. From an Admin perspective, they've made significant upgrades on streamlining changes in bulk so it really helps as the company grows and makes updates.

What do you like best about FloQast? Having the close & monthly tasks in one central place and not having to keep track of which spreadsheet is the most current closing schedule

We are closing our books more efficiently

PROS: Floqast reconciliated our ERP (SAP Business By Design) and Excel soft-copies with incredible efficiency, and there was automatically more time for us to perform qualitative review of financial statements. Needless to say, we've mastered tackling reconciliation differences detected via tie processes and manual ticks. Now, we have a single location from where support schedules and document comments and reviews. There is no need of hard-copy reconciliation binders for our auditors, ...

"Reconciliations Made Easy with Floqast but with some Limitations."

What do you like best about FloQast? FloQast has many user-friendly features that make the closing process a breeze. My favorite part of FloQast is how easy it is to create month-end checklists. Adding new GL accounts into the reconciliation process can be done in bulk or one at a time, which makes the reconciliation process straight forward.

What do you like best about FloQast? I love the ease of the program. Easily assign tasks and reviewers to each item as needed. FloQast is a great way to document journal entry numbers from Netsuite, provide links, and backup as needed.

What do you like best about FloQast? The multiple checklist items you can have. Notifies you on the things you are the reviewer, set certain notifications and not all—easy updating or changes to be made.

What do you like best about FloQast? Its really complete and its a good checklist to make sure everything is on it. Easy to learn. And all of your team or company can participate on it.

FloQast is our assistant controller

PROS: I was impressed by the reconciliation refresh tool that provides immediate access to GL balances from NetSuite and Box.com CONS: An ideal improvement would be a Lock feature, meaning that once an item is signed and confirmed, it can no longer be modified unless the admin considers it necessary. I think that would help us to track and report audit logs (what I have in mind is SOX compliance). I would also appreciate textual notifications when a closed recon balance is changed.

What do you like best about FloQast? I like that you can assign review notes directly within FQ to a specific task and export them to the format of your choice. What do you dislike about FloQast?
