"Recent Implementation to Assist with Audits"
What do you like best about FloQast? We recently implemented FloQast to help streamline our Payroll Process. The process included several groups (Payroll, benefits, and compensation) and was done through emails and excel checklists. The FloQast system allows us to maintain everything used for the payroll in one system and is easy to export for Audit purposes.

What do you like best about FloQast? FloQast is a user-friendly platform that allows us to go through close and non-close items line by line, attach schedules, and tie them to the GL. Each item is tied to our GL and forces a support schedule. It also has a great checklist that can be updated for monthly, quarterly, and annual items to not miss anything. "Keeps me organized"
What do you like best about FloQast? I love the filtering functionalities on the checklist and reconciliation tabs to be able to see where my team currently stands in month-end close items. We have increased our use of FloQast checklist items and it keeps us organized to not have to remember small tasks every month if the system is reminding us to do so. Lots of brain space is saved when not having to remember to do 150+ items during close.

What do you like best about FloQast? Having a checklist of tasks month by month helps maintain consistency and remove any ambiguity regarding what needs to be done. Comparing actual to expected sign-off dates allow for benchmarking and improvement plans.
