Flocknotes is a Godsend

Flocknotes is a Godsend. Now we can communicate with our parish in a way that is easy and efficient. No longer is there any excuse to "not know what is going on". Just a great service and tool for ministry.

Great option for our church!

Found Flocknote while searching for a service to text our prayer chain to our prayer warriors. It was very easy to set up and use. I have already told fellow pastors about it. Thank you for such a great service!!!

Flocknote - smart & intuitive

Flocknote is a very intuitive, smart and easy-to-use communications platform for leaders of faith-based organizations, churches, ministries and charities, to use, even for those with limited technological skills. Moreover, the support you get from the Flocknote support team, behind the scenes, is phenomenal. Always quick to respond (on chat or email). And with a smile. All the time! :)

Texting blackouts

Our church was having problems with some of our people not receiving the Flocknote texts that we would send out and thus leaving many in the proverbial dark. However, one email to Bianca and she has seemed to have fixed our problem. If your church is looking for a good, reliable, communication solution; I highly recommend using Flocknote. We've used them for years and this was our first problem and with a few keystrokes, it is now history.

Flock note is amazing

Flock note is amazing. Everything I’ve sent out so far has been accepted and appreciated. In this time of COVID as well. People are searching for God and information is what they need. So we try to lead them to Christ in every way possible.

Brand new to Flocknote

I am brand new to flocknote and took on the monumental task of sharing Bishop Barron’s Engage series for Lent in my parish of roughly 4,000 parishioners!! The program is very user friendly and I was able to navigate it all through the training videos and the happiness engineers. Probably the best customer service I have ever worked with. I never could have done it without them and we successfully launched on Ash Wednesday! Thank you Flocknote!

I needed to update a credit card on…

I needed to update a credit card on file and I was immediately given help where and how to do that. I appreciate great customer service as I have done it myself for many long years and it's important to always have good Customer Service in any company. That's what makes a member, or customer want to come back.

A "Before and After Flocknote" in reaching parishioners

Using Flocknote has changed the way we reach our parishioners as it helps us focus on specific target groups like never before. The use of group texting as opposed to email has enhanced our effectiveness tremendously! The added image library is an excellent resource to instantly attract their attention to the message. Customer service is also superb! Thank you!

Great support and service

Although I'm somewhat technologically proficient, I'm not a programmer -LOL - so I do encounter questions now and then. Wow, Flocknote gets back to you so quickly - with answers and helpful videos. Just this weekend they helped me even though they were "out of the office" over the weekend. The suggestion they sent solved my question.

The Flocknote Happiness Engineers are amazing!

They are always very quick to respond with detailed, easy-to-follow explanations & suggestions. We have asked for help many (many many) times & they have always answered our queries precisely. We have had help by written email, video instructions tailored to address our question, or a phone call. Their assistance is so helpful & outstanding, & it often gives us more options than we could have imagined. They almost always makes any process even easier, teach us something that we can use to ...
