Always available to give help and guidance

I have had multiple recent experiences with Flocknote. It seems most of my questions seem to occur on the weekends, so it's tough to wait til Monday. (However, I found once in awhile someone will even jump on if they can.) I am always confident that a knowledgeable, cheerful, and intelligent helper will give us the info we need. Really worth the price

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are a lot of similar services, but I have to say that this is one that is really worth the price tag. I am able to use this wherever I am, and it also makes it easy to get in touch with recipients and ask them if they want to continue receiving messages. All in all, a really awesome tool. Re-fill the Pews

I have been following Bishop Barron for a while and when the Evangelization program with Sister Elizabeth Scalia was available and we were trying to refill the pews after our area was seeing a reduction in cases and many had been able to get shots. The perfect software for electronic communication!

I've been using Flocknote for about 4 years now and I love it. After being introduced to it at my former parish, I encouraged my new pastor to try it out. Flocknote helped us communicate with our parishioners in such an easy and innovative way during the pandemic. My interest in the tool is to improve communication between people in our parish, which I believe was your original intent. When we approached our Priest, he wanted to use it initially for evangelization during Lent because of WoF and that the diocese just formed an Evan committee. Flocknote is a helful tool

Flocknote is a helful tool. We use it to communicate with our leaders and everyone loves it. Prior to using it, we used to send group text messages from our phones but everyone's reply would become a little annoying. Thank you Flocknote for giving us a solution.

Quick and effective support during Flocknote rollout

Flocknote has been very helpful in the rollout of its software to our two parishes. Aside from its already extensive help resources (FAQs videos), Flocknote was very responsive in answering our questions. They also took the time to video conference with us on one occasion to answer questions. When a problem arose with using text-to-join, they worked quickly to investigate the problem and come up with an easily implemented work-around while they continued to work on the problem.

A quick and easy change to my bill!

I noticed some charges on the bill that I wasn't sure what they were. After some research, I figured out that I was not really using those features and contacted Flocknote by email to get them removed. The happiness engineer replied within minutes and after a question or two had those unused features taken off. It was quick and easy to get my bill all cleaned up. Thank you!!
