Simple and useful
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are so many things that I can praise about this tool. First off, texts and emails can be sent out at the same time, and the process is so simple. This tool also provides me with the option to send out a mass text if the people I'm trying to reach would prefer it that way. I also love how easy it is to make groups out of my contacts. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really like how emails and texts can be scheduled in advance. On top of that, I can also reply to those communications and that is something that I really appreciate. What aspects are problematic or could work better? User-friendly and fun to use

Incredibly helpful for what I do
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Organization and efficiency are the two things I've gained since I started using this tool. Updating notes that I sent years ago is now so easy to do since I can use this tool to quickly find them. This frees up hours of my day, quite frankly.
