Flocknote Happiness Engineers are awesome! They are very friendly, prompt, and thorough in their responses. Their directions are easy to follow and I love how they add screen shots to their response emails so I can easily see what they're talking about. Great customer service!

Flocknote customer service rocks! I needed help with a technical issue and not only were they responsive, they were also very thorough in their guidance. It would have been easy for them to deflect or even write the issue off into some general category that most customer service departments are inclined to do. Weekly Updates

We love sending out weekly updates to our parishioners. Our new logo is on the top of the note. We include links to the bulletin and mass sign ups. We also have a poll each week about "get to know our pastor." Fun and informative.

We at Holy Ghost having using Flocknote for a few weeks now and it has been a very simple and effective way to communicate with our parshioner s during these trying times. We are able reach more people with updates through email blasts and texting. The best experience is the level of support I get when I had questions as new to the program. The engineers are quick to respond, and, so caring and helpful. I just love Flocknote.
