Issues with the call feature
Your note and text messages are great, but I've been having issues with the call feature to our parishioners who don't have email or cell phones. I informed your group about the issue 4 days or so ago and though the Happiness Engineers were responsive to my emails letting me know they are looking into it, I have yet to hear any updates to the problem. Flocknote helps us meet all our communication needs
When I was looking at communication tools for our parish and school, I found there were many great ones out there. Our public school used Constant Contact and it was super. But then I heard Archbishop Dolan, who had just left our Archdiocese, had asked all the parishes in NY to use Flocknote. That was a great recommendation to me. Flocknote is a great tool!
Flocknote is a great tool!I started using Flocknote for our Parish in 2018. I decided our church needed a digital email newsletter to help notify folks if Mass needed to be changed (for inclement weather, etc..) and really worked to develop a following. Little did I know in 2020 Flocknote would be an invaluable tool for our Parish to use to communicated during the Covid19 shutdown. It's easy and intuitive to create polished communications via email and/or text.

The Happiness Engineers have been awesome!
The Happiness Engineers I have been in contact with have been SO helpful with getting our parish started on Flocknote - from a short, but information-filled phone conversation with Matt about the Flocknote basics to Liz's ultra quick turn-around of my request for sign-up flyers in English and Spanish! We very quickly gathered more than 1100 parishioners on Flocknote!

Close to perfect!
Overall - and 99% of the time I LOVE Flocknote! The support staff is great! The program is super easy to use and it is obvious that the staff is dedicated and caring. The little comments and starters often make me chuckle and it is much appreciated. Even having a mascot Uno, makes work that can be tedious more enjoyable.The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is because I feel there is work that needs to be done regarding reporting/alerts. Flocknote is so user friendly and has been Such a blessing! We are able to get prayer requests out to everyone in the church so quickly and easily! We like how you can set up groups and send a message out to the youth, men, ladies, or Single adults groups or whatever group you want to create! Definitely recommend Flocknote to all small churches as it is so affordable and easy to use!
