Flocknote a team effort between FN and our Parish

Flocknote was easy to learn, easy to implement and has become a staple for communications for our parish. It was easy to train support staff to manage. Your customer service has always been really excellent and friendly when we struggled! We love it!

After reviewing several communication options for our church, we decided to go with Flocknote due to how easy it was to use and the cost was very minimal. WOW! We were not disappointed! I wish we would have found this earlier. An awesome program!!!

Flocknotes works great and is easy to use. I didn't give a full 5 stars as we started using the signup section and found it a bit cumbersome for the parishoners who are not connected to any technology. Other that that it works great as a communication tool.

Tracking Communication

*edited. Thank you for the response! Hi there,I sent a Flocknote text (we find those garner the most response) to a group of 140 people. It said on the top bar that 128 were sent. I understand the reasoning for this, that perhaps we have bad numbers for them or what have you. I was wondering if there could ever be a feature where we could see the ones who the message was not sent to (for whatever reason) so I could track and update bad contact information. Otherwise I would have to sift ...

New User's first impressions.

Flocknote is a GREAT communication tool. It is easy to use and very intuitive. Message delivery is very fast and easy to open for the recipients. The only suggestion/recommendation we would have is to increase the available characters on the text option from 160 to 180. Texts can sometimes appear abrupt due to the the character limit. But overall, the product is wonderful. Easy for members to join the group and easy to administer.

Useful with hope

I find it very helpful in reaching out to my parishioners especially during this unprecedented time. It is my hope our ministry leaders will be able to make use of it as another communication tool. I also hope Flocknote will provide us with more fonts to use and the ability to resize them not with much restriction.

Wonderful way to communicate with a large group quickly. Capable of designing an attractive message. Can save drafts. Can schedule for delivery. Can send to one person/persons or whole groups.
