Simplifies workflow visualization with a clear layout, helping users see team availability, workloads, and schedules at a glance.
Powerful real-time collaboration features enable seamless task updates and team coordination.
Features such as drag-and-drop scheduling, customization options, and colored task coding streamline project and resource management.

Great software that I rely on to keep my daily work life running smoothly
What do you like best? I've always liked using this app. It's super easy to use, I can access it on my phone too. I really like the fact that I can see other team member schedules as well as my own. It would be amazing if you could build into Float and add the function to do have your own to-do lists. I think it would go great with the scheduling/planning features of the software. Overall, great software that does the job - but could be more useful and embedded into customers' ...

Useful Resource Planner
What do you like best? Easy to set up working hours, teams and to allocate projects and tasks. Very clearly shows pinch points and spare capacity. Functionality to create recurring tasks helps give the work day a more realistic feel and encourages regular use. What do you dislike? If you need to significantly change when you have allocated tasks and/ or whole projects, it can be quite difficult. For these changes a detailed list view of tasks in a project (with date and user) would ...

Using float for roadmaps
What do you like best? I like the sleek, minimalistic UI. Which is easy to read, and pleasing to look at. What do you dislike? It's disconnected from the other applications that we use, so it isn't in the natural flow of work to go to float and either allocate people or as a developer to check and see what you are assigned to. Recommendations to others considering the product: Float is a great tool if your company struggles to maintain a consistent resource plan. What ...

Easy to use daily resource management tool
What do you like best? The ability to sync with Google Calendar What do you dislike? That there's no way to set Float to only display my schedule upon login as opposed to the entire team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for resourcing and avoiding problems with booking. I am able to enter my time off into Float where everyone can see when I am and am not available.

Float Experience is great and simple
What do you like best? The colour coding is massively helpful! Really helps me identify what project Im working on and helps with organisation. What do you dislike? Needs a lot more space or opportunity to add detail. As we are in the creative industry I think it would be great if we could add briefs to projects we input as the detail section. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project visualiation has improved massivly and its ...
